Q: Is Stop n Stor clean? A: When our storage attendants are not assisting our customers and checking out alarms, they are cleaning driveways, hallways, storage units, roll up doors, the office, and bathrooms. Every quarter, we send mystery shoppers to check the cleanliness of our facility. Our regional manager visits the facility every month. Every day, our tenants are rating us for cleanliness and they can let us know how we are doing through our Owner's Hotline or the quarterly cleanliness rating questionnaire. Over 90% of our tenants who are surveyed every quarter rate cleanliness as most important out of all other services and benefits, e.g. friendly and helpful staff, alarm system and 12 hour per day Stop n Stor employee. We have made cleanliness our number one customer service priority. Q: Will my property be safe? A: Your property will be well protected at Stop n Stor. Your unit door is alarmed. Our facility has video recorders to keep a record of what happened. Only persons with an individual gate code have access to the facility during gate hours. All tenants must produce and have copied a valid picture identification card. You can also purchase property insurance at our facilities. Q: Will I be safe at Stop n Stor? A: You will never be alone at Stop n Stor between the hours of 9:30 a.m and 7:00 p.m when the gates close. During those hours, there will be an employee working at the facility. During the early morning hours of 7:00 am until 9:30 am, there will always be an employee accessible via telephone or beeper. Q: Why should choose Stop n Stor? A: Because our customers can communicate directly to us by means of the Owner's Hotline and we conduct regular tenant written surveys. Stop n Stor knows what our customers expect. We are listening. In response to our tenant surveys, 97% of our tenants state that they would refer their friends to us. Q: What are the best questions when I am comparison shopping? A: Do you have door alarms? When I am on site when the office is closed, is there anyone on duty who will assist me? How many storage units does your facility have and how many full time employees work at your facility? Q: What is the minimum period of time I can rent a unit for? A: Stop n Stor Mini Storage leases are on a month to month basis. Q: Is Stop N Stor business-friendly? A: Yes. Stop N Stor is proud to provide an array of special services to business tenants. These include our ability to accept package deliveries even when the business tenant is not on site, shelving for your unit, on-site paging and many more. There are a large number of business tenants in our facility, averaging over 20% of our total rental square footage . Q: What size do I need? A. If you will be storing your goods for a time without accessing your unit, you can fit in a smaller space by packing it full. If you will be accessing your unit from time to time, you should get a space that is
somewhat larger to enable you to create an aisle for easier access to your goods.
